Про счастливые отношения

У каждого из нас есть представление о том, какими должны быть идеальные отношения. У кого то это пример из родительской семьи, у кого подсмотренный где то, у кого то взятый из психологической литературы (ее сейчас много и она широко доступна). Оно служит нам ориентиром в выборе партнера и построении своих счастливых отношений.

На деле же этот идеал не дает нашим отношениям быть счастливыми, не позволяет наслаждаться текущими моментами. А все потому, что нам постоянно приходится сравнивать текущие отношения с идеальными, заставляет нас все время обращать внимание на несоответствия, искать их. Нестыковки накапливаются, вызывают неудовлетворение, раздражение, недовольство и желание принимать меры для приближения их к идеальным. Чувство легкости уходит, появляются претензии к партнеру, требования прямые или косвенные вести себя соответственно нарисованной картинке. Далее появляется разнообразная реакция нашего партнера, от недоумения до злости… Все меньше спонтанности, радости и счастья…

Причина в том, что идеал мешает нам понимать свои желания, определять свои потребности в отношениях, замечать настоящий момент. Конечно он нужен, но как ориентир.

Счастливые отношения те, которые устраивают обоих партнеров, как бы со стороны эти отношения не выглядели. Пусть они далеки от общепринятого идеала, пусть выглядят странно для других, но устраивают вас обоих — это и будут ВАШИ счастливые отношения!

Слушаете себя, разговаривайте друг с другом, не бойтесь пробовать новое, менять и перестраивать то, что между вами.
